Dick and Phyllis are featured on quite a bit of our Marian Estates materials. Our "models" came to our campus from Salem, OR in 2004 in search of the best retirement community. They looked for a year and a half from Eugene, OR to Centralia, WA and decided Marian Estates was the right place for them.
They were looking for a community that offered the full continuum of care, was safe, secure, economically feasible and could afford them a quality of life they desired. At Marian Estates, as Independent Living residents, they can do as little or as much as they want. They don't have to spend any time fixing the roof or tending to the garden - that's OUR job.
Dick and Phyllis also made their decision to come to Marian Estates as a gift to their seven children. When the time comes, their children won't have to make arrangements on their behalf.
Since coming to Marian Estates 4 years ago, Dick and Phyllis are reminded they made the best decision whenever they go to their "favorite place" - their back deck (see picture).
