Lee Ann came to Marian Estates about a year ago after being very ill, and in and out of the hospital. She decided to come to Marian Estates because she had heard great things about our facility, as well as needed nursing care provided. Once she arrived, Lee Ann instantly felt safe and secure, and has found the stay to be wonderful. She gladly reports that the care has been fantastic and the staff treats her very well and are extremely kind. She is "striving to become independent," and the staff is working hard to help her achieve that goal.
Marian Estates RAs (restorative aides) have been working with her to regain her walking ability. Her first walk attempt was a couple months ago, and she made it 15 feet - most recently she made it 212 feet. What an accomplishment! Congratulations Lee Ann, we are proud to be a part of your success story and look forward to many more.
